As 2010 approaches we want to wish everyone a Happy New Year.

2009 was a year of building a strong foundation for Expert Group. Now we look ahead to 2010 and commit to our shareholders that we will be working even harder to build value in their investment with Expert. We are entering the new year confident, strong, and ready to grow our business to new levels.

Friends here is a sneak peak at our new Bal Harbour location. We are already conducting business at this location and have recently added several new loan officers that call this location “home.”

3. Our reception area furniture is arriving this weekend. The offices in the back are already furnished and up and running. We think investors will be pleased when they see just how much space we have in the back to conduct business!

4. We are very pleased with the new lighted sign. This building is in a high-traffic area and will help enhance the Expert name-recognition in the Florida marketplace. We are working every day to brand Expert Financing as the absolute best loan solution for anyone!
