The 3rd Investor Video showcases our new Aventura Mall location. I am thrilled with the response we have received through this new location. We are already processing several loans which began as a result of our presence in the Aventura Mall and we continue to meet several new prospects every single day. Expert Group realizes on average, between $4000-6000 per loan that we close. But because the average potential home buyer that frequents this mall typically purchases a home above $300K, we realize closer to the $6,000 figure per loan that we close.

Shareholders and investors! Here is the second video in our series designed to help investors understand why we think Expert Group Inc. is one of the most exciting and impressive companies trading on the OTC. Expert Group plans to establish numerous branches of Expert Financing across the nation and this video will give you a glimpse of the next “community-bank-style” location we plan to open.

When you want a burger, you go to McDonalds. When you need everyday household items, you go to Walmart. When you need the best loan possible, you will one day go to one of the hundreds of Expert Group branches located across the United States. Friends, I truly believe that our business can offer people the best loans possible for their respective situations.

I want to assure our investors that even though our vision is nationwide, we are growing responsibly, one significant step at a time. We will not move forward with opening up additional locations until the money is in the bank to do so. Right now we are at the brink of opening up our 2nd office location with originators and processors. Please watch the exciting video for more details!
